Very great experience with Charles C. Bought a vehicle back in June of 2023. Very simple process and got the vehicle that we're interested in. Overall, if your in the market for a new or used car called them and ask for your sales consultant Charles C.

Matthew Purvis & Ryan Bernard are awesome. Smooth process and I love my MDX. They even drove to Dallas for paperwork and hand delivered my car to my home. I knew what I wanted, I selected the vehicle, requested it be held and made an appointment for the following day. I met Matt went for a test drive and Ioved the truck instantly. Thanks Matt & Ryan!

I actually "liked" Acura until they did not honor the recall on my vehicle. My 2014 was recalled for "Paint Chipping" and according to a Rep @ the 1-800 # she said that the repair recall was was suppose to be honored up to 8 years after initial recall and when I reported this to the dealership, I was at 6 years.Dec 16, 2020 - Brought this to Acura's attention & was asked to stop by to take pictures, which I did.Jan 20, 2021 - Called Acura for an update and they still don't have a response for approval.Mar 26, 2021 - Left a message to Service Dept @ Acura dealership.Apr 1, 2021 - Received a call from Acura to confirm that my vehicle was APPROVED to repair paint. BUT they are backed up with other repairs, no loaner cars and I am on their list for repairs.I CALLED A COUPLE OF TIMES THE REST OF THAT YEAR AND ASKED THEM NOT TO FORGET ABOUT ME AND THEIR ANSWER WAS, YOU'RE NEXT BUT WE DON'T HAVE A LOANER CAR.Apr 7, 2022 - Called, and told Marcus the Service Manager at the time the story and he said he would call me back. NEVER RECEIVED A CAL BACK.Jul 6, 2022 - Lady answering phone pulled up my Acct and said that there was nothing in the system about repairs. Transferred me to Service and I left 2 different messages. DID NOT GET A CALL BACKJul 7, 2022 - Mario answered the phone and tracked down Matthew "who was handling my Acct". Matthew reassured me that I was next to get my car repaired and because it will take 2 weeks to repair they are still waiting for a loaner car however I needed to keep in mind that vehicles that come with internal or motor issues were placed before bodywork. I told him I understood & again not to forget about me because I know they stay busy.AGAIN CALLED A COUPLE TIMES DURING THE REMAINDER OF THAT YEAR WITH THE RESPONSE, "You're next".July 17, 2023 - Took my car in for a Transmission Software Update and briefly spoke to a technician and again I WAS NEXT ON THE LIST.July 26, 2023 - Had some work done to my car and Matthew was my contact, he says "Since it's been a long time that they received the approval to repair the paint on my car, they now are waiting to confirm that that approval is still valid". "But that it shouldn't be a problem, they are just waiting for the validation". I told him at this point that I do not need a loaner car, I have my husband's vehicle as he drives his Co car to and from work. Matthew said, "well that changes things, let me look into that". I asked if he would call me and he said yes.Oct 7, 2023 - Called Acura as I never received a call so I asked who could I talk to to get things done there, she gave me their Service Manager's name Rose Corbette and forward my call to her office. I left a message.Oct 9, 2023 - Called and asked for Rose, Ronnie answered and could not find her so he left a note to Rose to call me back.Oct 10, 2023 - Rose called me and as I am telling her my problem, she asked if she could call me back because she is having computer problems. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK.Oct 11, 2023 - Rose called my husband's # that is on the Acct (even though she had my number) and left a message to call her back.Oct 12, 2023 - I called the dealership and asked to speak to Rose. She immediately says " you're not going to like the answer", I was like, I'm sorry...what? She proceeds to tell me that her DPSM said " if this was a couple of months they would be able to repair my car, but it's been years so "No" they were not going to repair the recall.I told Rose, "IT'S BEEN YEARS BECAUSE YOUR SERVICE EMPLOYEES HELD ME OFF FOR YEARS AND I WAS MERELY DOING WHAT I WAS TOLD TO DO, YOU DROPPED THE BALL NOT ME".I asked Rose if I could speak to the DPSM or this person that said "No" so that he can I can explain in great detail my timeline and the responses I received from their Service Dept. She said she couldn't transfer me and gave me the 1-800#.I am livid! I trusted you with what you were te

Very disappointed. Up until a few weeks ago I would have def referred people to this place. This was the first time buying a car and unfortunately they took full advantage. Didn't realize till recently that all the "great incentives" that were included were ACTUALLY paid add ons that were completely useless. The car I got had a tire that wouldn't hold air even though it was new and had a couple chips in the windshield.....no big deal.... I was first being financed through Capital One and after I signed all the paperwork very last minute they said I got a better offer with a monthly payment of $100 less and the package also included a new windshield and a new set of tires. COOL! So as I am signing the contract he's telling me which each page is about and I'm believing what he's saying and I'm just signing away my life not knowing that I'm getting scammed. Biggest concern was having a low monthly payment on my car I was putting close to $5,000 down I asked why my payment was still so high he said just after taxes and other fees that that's just what it equaled out to I believe them I didn't know any better. Anyways come to find out when I'm trying to collect on that free set of tires that he made sound so good that it was actually a paid warranty for only damage is done by road hazards. Mind you my car comes with run flats I don't need any road hazard coverage for my tires.... So I also looked into the windshield replacement and that also was a paid warranty for road hazard accident situations also. The warranty that he told me was included with the vehicle was also a paid add-on but I was not informed I was paying for was only 2 years instead of 5 years and only covered 24,000 miles, well living in Houston is almost impossible to stay under 12,000 miles for a year so I'm well over my limit and that warranty is void. Another add-on that they included was gap insurance I was never told about that the funny thing is I wouldn't have needed gap insurance had they not added on close to $6,000 in their add-ons for b******* warranties I didn't f****** need. On the day I signed my contract I was able to take my car home however I was not given my contract because I hadn't paid my down payment yet and was told I would receive my contract once it was paid. Two days later I go back to pay my down payment receive my contract and loan officer I dealt with Jorge Martinez was not in I was told they would mail me my contract didn't receive it called every couple weeks for a few months finally received my contract when I went to pick up my license plates like 3 months later which by that time all of the warranties were past the date where I could pull out of them I feel like they did this on purpose. Anyways just not happy with my experience was taking advantage of pretty badly ended up paying $6,000 extra on warranties I didn't need and was not aware of that I was paying for cuz I never would have paid that extra I would have just hoped for the best. You live and learn I guess

I bought a 2007 corvette convertible 8 month ago. The sales process was excellent and finance process seems to be great, at the time. Back story, I secured financing from my own bank for the purchase (hold on to this thought) - NFCUFast forward to 4 months later, I still have not received my vehicle tag nor have my bank received any notification that they are the first lean holder. Fast forward to December 2022, I received my plates but bank is still waiting to be listed as lien holder and by now my interest rate has tripled because the loan is now listed as personal loan per the contract va auto loan. I went back to the dealer and ultimately signed a new document listing nfcu as the lien holder. however, DMV was not able to honor it because they are showing my vehicle being financed by another financial agency (what, are you serious (yes, I'm serious))! Here I am again, at the dealer trying to get it right, again! Is this even legal?Note: This rating could have easily been a 4.8 stars. But my time is valuable and I am loosing money playing these games. NO, as of right now, I would NOT recommend this dealer. Dennis

I hate dealerships, buying vehicles and dealing with any of this. BUT Autonation Acura has done good by us. We traded in our Ram PW (pos vehicle if I ever saw one) and bought a used 3500 from AN Acura. It's a used truck so I expect some minor things, but we found out there were some bigger issues after we took possession. We brought it up to the dealership and they immediately took action. Our truck went to AN CDJR and repairs turned out to take a little longer than expected. AN Acura offered us a loaner vehicle without questions asked. CDJR are super responsive, keeps us updated and I don't have a mean thing to say about anyone (that's quite rare because I'm difficult at best). Go see Candace if you need a car, hopefully you get to meet Tim. May Tripp be your finance guy! If you have a CDJR vehicle I highly recommend Auto Nation CDJR off 610. Their service department is top notch and you might get Chad as your service advisor, he's gold standard on communication!

This business is a joke. They relentlessly pursued me for a month to purchase my used car after I filled out an inquiry on kellybluebook.com..I received almost constant calls and multiple texts almost every day even after acting way than enthusiastic about selling them my car. When I finally relented and came in, (so they would finally stop harassing me), they gave me an estimate for my used car that was two times less than I had been quoted from a company that I just randomly stopped at on my way home from work one day. The car scrapped would be worth more. It was the hugest waste of time of my life!

Overall the salesmen here just want you to finance through them. They will do whatever it takes to make it difficult for you and make up lies as to why you can't finance your car through another bank.

I had a very nice experience with AutoNation Acura. Matt Hindt was a great salesperson, very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. The Sales Manager was also very easy to deal with. Actually the whole staff was very friendly and struck up conversations with me. I did not feel any pressure from Matt, the SM or the GM. In fact the GM even entertained my toddler while I was signing the docs. I highly recommend this dealership given the whole experience I had with Matt Hindt, the Sales Mgr and the GM.

My wife's lease was up and she needed a new vehicle. We looked around and discussed our options . We went to the dealership and Tripp helped us turn in our old vehicle and lease a new one. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was and how helpful Tripp was, He is very knowledgeable about the cars and how to easily facilitate the acquisition of a new vehicle. No BS or empty promises. I recommend anybody looking for a vehicle to give him a call. He will present your options and whether you buy or not, you know more about the car and the car market in general.
