Horrible customer service. The employees have a bad attitude. Be careful when you have work done on your vehicle because I had loose bolts, my break pads were not done properly, and they damaged my back bumper.

Dishonest, lied to my wife, I was standing there on speaker. Then gave me a totally different story. Said they talked to insurance company 3 times so we put both of them on the phone in a 3 way and insurance had no record of them ever calling. When it came down to it they hadn’t even looked at the truck. Wife called him out on it to his face and he didn’t even say anything.

I didn’t wanna say everyone there is bad, but just be careful one guy he’s very aggressive he was about to punch me and I don’t wanna make any problem. I just talk my van and I work away and I don’t know where is the manager from all of it that’s weird.

Axel is referenced by an AutoZone staff memebr. My wife went there with Axel and he find out the car failure in 5 minutes! Just great service, honest mechanic service and helped us to deal with AutoZone to get a better deal timely manner. So, just great experience! Best Auto Shop we could find on this area. Highly recommend! Ask for Axel, bilingual (spanish/english) he is car saavy.
