I have no idea how this company has a 4.6 review on Google. I called to have 3 pad locks added to a new business building and none of them got installed. The tech showed up 1 hour late to start. Started grinding and cutting into our new steel door. 3 hours in he had to go-to the shop to get something. We ended up having to stop him drilling into our second door after inspecting his installation. He had used a literal piece of tackle box to back the screw holding in the bolt of the dead bolt.... He literally destroyed our door.
I called their office 3 or 4 times to try to get a supervisor to come out and got no response. I finally got somebody on the phone, they asked for pictures, then they offered to send a more experienced locksmith out at our cost to complete the job.
I contacted a locksmith as a business expecting some semblance of professionalism but received nothing of the sort.
Also the door was in good condition with all of its paint before this interaction.
