230 Jefferson St, La Porte“What a lovely venue if you enjoy American Indian art, jewelry and pottery however, given my that this is my first interaction it will likely also be my last since the proprietor is closing the shop. I did make some last minute acquisitions of Santa Clara, Akoma Pottery and Navajo jewelry all of which were of very fair value and wonderful quality. The owner's knowledge of each piece that I acquired was quite specific which suggests that this establishment was much more of a passion than than an occupation and if this review results in someone 'rushing in' this week to look at the many remaining treasures she has collected over the years please let this be my single contribution to whomever may be adding to their respective collections. It is quite unfortunate that we are losing this resource since other than in Galveston TX and located 'helter skelter' in Collectible and Antique collections there are no remaining Houston American Indian Art and Pottery retailers...oh well...all the more reason to visit New Mexico I guess.”
“I hired Upper Bay to frame a couple of things for gifts. Their customer service, attention to detail, quality of work were all 5 stars. I couldn't be happier, and will absolutely use them again.”
