ACU Insurance Services saved me a significant amount of money on my auto insurance. I was with the same carrier for years and didn't realize they weren't checking my policy and getting me a good rate. I was happy to see ACUIS gave me 3 different options on my insurance and let me decide what was best for me. Thanks ACUIS!

I had a car accident and April was able to help me with the process to get my vehicle fixed without any difficulty by the other insurance company. She communicated often and I knew the progress of my car the whole time. April also check my policy every 6 months to see if I can save some money.

I had my renters and auto policy with them for several years. They indicated to me via email that they had shopped around and got me the best rates, which was a lie. After lack of communication - No one listening to my issues with their online ticketing system - Being emailed ANOTHER customer's policy information - Being laughed at by their agents, I moved my business elsewhere. I tried really hard to work with them. I am sure they will reply and state the same. But the main point is that I shopped around and I DID find cheaper rates, with the same coverage, even though I have an email from them assuring me they provided the best rates. Please don't lie to your customer's and please don't laugh at them. Neither is appreciated and I am happy I took my business elsewhere, as I am sure they are happy to not have to deal with me anymore because I have been upset with them for over a year and they never want to help me. Unfortunate that ACU would affiliated themselves with such horrible customer service department. I worked as a teller for ACU and I know they wouldn't want this experience for their customer's. Also - Don't ask for a manager, they will cold transfer you to someone's voicemail and laugh about it.
