I placed an online order after Hurricane Beryl hit. I saw on Facebook that the store was open, but when I arrived, there was a 'Closed' sign on the door. The gentleman at the door said they had no power, but were letting limited customers in. Since I had an online order, it was no problem. The lady at the back desk looked at my order and three store employees helped find the items I ordered and brought them to me. Since I was unable to get a receipt due to the power outage, one man walked me to the door to let the others up front know I had an online order.
This was the only Ace Hardware in SE Houston area that had what I needed and everyone was so helpful.

Rude people, dity old store. The people at Home depot are much nicer and willing to help without treating you like you're an inconvenience. The store also has signs up saying you can't carry your weapon in store...... in Texas. Literally no reason to go here.
