“The facility is your average rv/boat storage, with upgrades in process! Before we decided to go with this facility, we were told the fence would be higher and go down the length of the property for added security, and it was done! Most places just tell you things you want to hear to ensure you do business with them. The pricing is competitive to other places, if not cheaper which is always nice! Shannon was super friendly, accommodating and understanding. If you text or email him, he responds within minutes, with that being said great customer service was provided; which is sometimes difficult to come across these days! Josephine’s hidden little gem. “I rent one of the shipping containers here. I absolutely love it. The process of renting was super simple. The price is great and the property is very clean. I feel comfortable coming here by myself as it is very well lit and they have a security gate in the front and a lot of cameras. For the shipping container - it is sealed so I haven't had any issues with water or pests getting in.”

“I have used Royse City Mini storage now for about 3 years. I’ve met the owners once or twice, they are great people, and it shows with the staff they employ. Especially Stephanie, she is wonderful, helpful and always keeps the property so clean. There is not one thing she does not do there. Also have the pleasure of meeting Joe who fills in sometimes on days off. I would recommend this storage area ?. In the 3 years I have had my property in their unit, I have never had issue with anything, Safe and gated!”

“I had an issue with the car hauler I had and it couldn't be used. U-Haul searched the area and found what we needed at Pinky's. It was 103 in the shade. As soon as I walked in they knew who I was, got me fixed up and out the door with zero hassle. For what would normally be a stressful event, it was actually pleasant. I couldn't recommend Pinky's more.”
