Over my Rouge at the oil change even though it is new.. the dealer replaced the battery at no charge. Just one suggestion as I looked at the air filter.. it was just some pieces of dead grass in it. It could have been just hit with an air hose instead of saying it needs replacing and told me that is what the mechanic did. That would have been more appreciated. Thank anyway on the battery catch! Jackie

Rolland, elevated & restored my faith in customer service. I experienced car trouble, on 9/3/24, I left a voice message the same night. Exactly at 7:30 am the very next day he called me & okayed me to have my vehicle towed in. My vehicle was dropped last night 9/5, the repairs were before I left work today, it was ready for pick up...I AM BEYOND GRATEFUL! L&D Automotive will be my repair shop of choice going forward. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
