I do not know why I continue to give DG my money. No more!! I can literally put every coupon on my app and they tell me they aren't on there. I get a blank look stare and turn to show me the screen. Came home took app off and will never go again! They could care less. SMH

I want to call corporate office and complain about this $ general store But they probably wont care. The self checkouts are out of order. Causing backup lines. The cashier working the 7pm shift on 10- 5-2023 was all rude no smile and stressful.I didn't see her name and they don't wear name badges. But she was wearing a blue handkership wrapped in her hair . I guess dollar general doesn't know how to thoroughly train their associates especially how to handle customers on demand for merchandise.But no one should be train how to smile and be kind.. All it takes is a smile and handle each customer with special care and it would go smoothly .It shall all pass ! And there's not any other dollar general close by so most of us don't have a choice in this matter. Customers bring business to you so why not treat them with respect and leave us a good impression. The other complain is that the prices shown on the shelves are at times misleading. Merchandise rings at a higher price at the register, but since there's no way to see the prices being ran on the screen it's always a shock to me when I see my receipt. I'm very dissapointed in this dollar general. Hopefully this store would hire more friendly associates and improve the quality of the store or they will loose me as a customer.

Sunday morning clerk today seemed pissed that she had to check me out. Sorry I didn't notice the self checkout I wouldn't have had to bother her. Also the freezer section is almost always empty. The store has been pretty messy every time I've been in there.

Love the convenience, but you have to watch the prices. They are ALWAYS ringing up wrong at the counter.

Best Dollar General I’ve ever been too. Super friendly, helpful etc. Person who runs cashier if I’m not wrong goes by the name Bryce. always helps me when I need help with something, makes the lines move fast and just really nice to talk to him when u need to grab by to get something. Definitely would recommend this dollar general!
