Drove from NC, all the way to TX, for work when my 6.7 cummins started acting up.
Called multiple shops just going down the list with no answers or no availability with it being noon on a Friday.
When I called JPS DIESEL he picked up the phone right away.
Drove the truck 20min to his shop he took me back to the hotel, and called 3hrs later letting me know my truck was done and ready to go!
I was not expecting them to get it done as fast as they did but they made it happen.
They're super knowledgeable at what they do for whatever you need!
I'll definitely be doing business with these guys in the future.

“Came in met Wayne to help us with a truck battery. Their systems were down, there was a ton of customers waiting, it was the 4th of July and he was not only working, but took the time to help us. He swapped out our battery in the 100 degree heat and did it with a smile. Totally want above and beyond the call of duty. He was friendly, efficient shared his story with us and his own personal experience being a Veteran. “Just got my car back from Rite Co yesterday, I had a small fender bender. Kassi, the office manager is awesome. She took such good care of me. She even knew it was me when I called to check the progress of my ride (she answered the phone using my name). A very nice touch.
Rick, the owner is very nice and professional. Had some issues with the way the insurance company paid the claim to the shop, Rick was very cool and didn't want me to have to wait another day to get my car, and let me take it even though he hadn't been fully paid.

Let me spare you all the time and energy it takes to browse around for a high quality painter and take my advice - look no further since you found Ray Harris. I’m very picky with my paint and body work and Ray went way beyond my expectations and proved him to not only be highly skilled and experienced, he also sincerely cared for me and my car. This is not the typical shop where you first meet a customer representative, someone else is apprising and a third guy is doing the actual work, the most important guy and you don’t even get to meet him! “These guys are awesome, car was in the air and tires off by the time I made it to the waiting room. I sat down fired off a few work emails and Pete rolled in to tell me it was done. I’ve never experienced a tire shop that’s run as good as this one. The truck rides like a cloud and for once getting tires wasn’t a multiple hour ordeal. I’ll be back, I’m sending everyone I know back, my work fleet will be back, I can’t really make it anymore clear just how impressed I was. I haven’t even mentioned the price, which was a few hundred dollars cheaper than ANYWHERE else I looked. Props to this shop, they have a customer for life.”
