DO NOT, DO NOT buy a vehicle from this business. These people are unprofessional, unethical, and have not gotten the slightest idea of what good customer service is!!! They sold me a faulty vehicle. Used the vehicle for less than a week, took it to their shop, picked it up after a week and they lied to my face saying they had fixed it but they did not so I had to return it to their shop once again. They had the vehicle for another 2 weeks and again said they had fixed it and again they lied to my face so I took it to a different shop so it could get diagnosed and turns out the vehicle’s transmission was no good. They gave me the run around with my down payment when I told them I wanted to cancel and they had me going back and forth until they finally gave me a check. A check which took me over 7 days to cash because they refused to verify it with the bank. Oh and they still had the audacity to want to charge me $500 for a cancelation!!!

I've had my wife's car for 1 month now and they still can't fix it. Be careful if you buy from Zapata, it's an auto central fraud, now it turns out that the owner has food, and it even turns out that the ceramic brake pads that we brought them and they put them there aside from what They charged 40 dollars, it didn't come from January to July 2022, we asked them to give it to us to change it since they had a guarantee and they changed it accordingly, so be careful of what you buy, by the way it turns out that they don't have a car to change it

Everytime I call sometimes 5 times in a row no one at the store on Zapata hwy answers their phonesHow can you do any type of business if no there answers the phone?I haven't even gotten my title for my car and I bought my car almost a year ago. I wonder what these people are doing with their time? Now it is almost time for me to register with FL and they say I need my title in order to register to the new state that I'm inLike I said it is unprofessional not to answer your phones shame on you Zapata on Zapata Hwy
