Would NOT Recommend shopping here, came for a warranty repair was told they couldn’t fix my ring and had to get another one and buy another warranty. Was told to call customer service on my own and figure it out. Went to the zales at the outlets and they helped me out and fixed my ring within 2 weeks with no problems.

I went in for an anniversary gift with out in mind of what I was looking for. Im glad to say that Jaime Monsivais was so helpful! Not only did he engage in a pleasant conversation but by doing so we ended up picking a gorgeous and beautiful pendant necklace for my beloved one. Came to find out he was the manager of the store and those qualities definitely shined through. It was a wonderful experience!
