“Night and day is the difference between this location and the other shop on McPherson. First of all I wanted to say thank you for helping my husband. He normally goes to the north shop because it's closer to our home but recently it's been getting worse. I know it wasn't your all fault that the tires and rims weren't there, but thank you for explaining the contract for him there because at the other location was just signe here and leave. And thank to the staff once the tires were finally dropped off they did the work in less then 30min. Fast and great service. Next time I want all my business at this location. I dont care if I have to drive across town. 100 percent ill recommend you to my family and clients.”

“Manny, the manager at the McPherson store, went out of his way to fix a mistake made by a Houston Discount Tire store. That store had installed the wrong size tires, which led the rear tires to scrap the wheel housing when the car hit a bump. Discount Tire policy requires that you get refunds only at the store in which tires were bought. Ridiculous, I know. Manny, however, saved me a trip to Houston by working something out with the Houston store. He also got me a refund. I cannot thank him enough.”
