Worst Bank Teller ever raised her voice like she's freaking ghetto and didn't give great service no wonder your bank are Loosing clients.Would like to say you're are kinda a good Bank, open up a checking account and applied for a loan to consolidate all my debt , and got denied but you guys sure don't have a problem to take away my hard earn money, i mean 5.00 monthly fee a year that's 60.00 dollars boy you don't like lending money but you sure like steeling my hard earn .money

Very bad service..to open an account or issues or questions with your account you have to make an appointment.Favortism among customers. Let this bank after 3 hours they sent a text that it was our turn for service. RIDICULOUS!!

After over 11 years! I'm leaving this bank, so many fees and little to no help at all! Worst customer service and very low security if you ask me. I've been a victim of a fraud over a handful of times within 1 year! Fees fees fees!

You all need to try to open earlier 9:30am is to late, and the you all close at 4pm. When people work from 8am-5pm. Always have to wait for Saturdays to be able to bank. Very unsatisfying with the open hours.

They take so long and I mean long! It took me at least and hour if not more, the parking space is horrible. Some of the employee's are rude to talk to,They seem frustrated to speak to their customers.
