As a trucker, I need to be on the road. I came across Johann because I was having problems with my phone. She is one of the best customer service representatives I have ever encountered. She helped me like no other and got me back on the road quickly.She is amazing! Great customer service and she is very knowledgeable.

The short little puke Hugo M. Swore up and down he could save me money on my Verizon account. Well he lied through his teeth. My bill went through the roof. Now an hour on the phone with Verizon to open an investigation and hopefully get my bill back where it was. My trust in Verizon and people in general is gone. What a scumbag Hugo.
