Most incompetent bafoons of the century. Can't even have a small package ready for me that should've been delivered 2 weeks ago. No. They just send me home and say they'll "call me back." What a load of bull honkey. Must be nice having your cozy little government job where you can be as lazy as you want because us, the people, can't do jack squat about it. Worst service. Worse than fast food places. At least in fast food, I don't waste my time and gas, since I actually receive what I paid for then and there. USPS will gladly sweep it under the rug and let it collect dust. I hope AI replaces them all.

Sign says they’re closed to celebrate Martin Luther King Jr Day; however, their sign says they’re closed on January 16th, not January 15th. That made me believe they were open today. I made the extra trip of mileage in a waste. Next time correct your sign so that the people are correctly informed. ?

Worst service ever. Tracking shows delivery attempted but yet it’s a neighborhood box where you get a key and go get your mail. If they did try to come to the house I was in the garage all day outside and they never showed up. But what do you expect from a govt entity.

This one star goes out to the rude old lady with glasses who scolds you for asking anything. I get mail employees probably deal with a lot but you can’t project your bitterness onto the customers. Sorry to the other employees for having to deal with her as I’m assuming she’s a manager? Sadly

HORRIBLE SERVICE..SHOULD GO BROKE. CARRIER FREQUENTLY PUTS PACKAGES IN WRONG LOCK BOXES, AND USPS MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON. WASTING MY TIME WITH THEIR STUPIDITY.
