“Last year our Pathfinder overheated because they failed to replace the coolant when they suggested a Coolant Service during an oil change.
Now 24 hrs after an oil change ALL the oil is leaking out.
Nissan Consumer Affairs is no help. They will only connect me with the dealership but do not guarantee that anyone will answer and won't guarantee that I will be reimbursed if I take the car to another mechanic to fix what they did!

Alex Mejia, the Asst Svc Mgr stepped up and handled the whole situation. I'm still not satisfied with the company as a whole, but he did step up.

I've had my wife's car for 1 month now and they still can't fix it. Be careful if you buy from Zapata, it's an auto central fraud, now it turns out that the owner has food, and it even turns out that the ceramic brake pads that we brought them and they put them there aside from what They charged 40 dollars, it didn't come from January to July 2022, we asked them to give it to us to change it since they had a guarantee and they changed it accordingly, so be careful of what you buy, by the way it turns out that they don't have a car to change it”
