I worked with the UPS customer service team for 5 hours today for our package to still not be delivered. Even the customer service team couldn't get hold of the Customer Center. Seems a complete failure of staff at this location. Would not recommend trusting the employees or drivers at this location to follow through or respond.

Horrible customer service! Was told 3 times a manger from the local center would call but never did. They only let you lock up packages from 5-7 pm and I work in the evenings. If I had my choice I’d never use UPS again.

If I could give Zero stars I would. Was really needing a package on a Thursday. Got over nighted. First attempt they could not find the address. The address I’m at is difficult to find. So we asked for them to hold at service center. They only open from 5pm - 7pm mon-Fri. So I show up on Friday at 5pm. Turns out package is on a truck. So I asked them if they could please locate the driver and or contact for me to pick up. They said no. Knowing they closed all weekend and don’t open back up until Monday at 5pm. They did not make an effort to help me as a customer. The sender paid pretty good money for over night shipping. This UPS is not about customer service. Will absolutely never use UPS again. And this will be posted on all social media for everyone to see.

I truly believe this UPS derserve a 0 star review. Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect.? Whoever had the shift at @6: May 23, 2024 should not be in customer service. He is totally in title. In addition to this, my package is in great importance. It was how I was going to feed my newborn baby! My insurance mailed it and been trying and same on my side to get my package delivered. They kept saying they will get to it. And then I went inside the UPS website and my medical insurance call me to verify that my package was at their location, only for them to say they don’t have it! Plus I had to wait in a hot room for almost 30 min! And I am postpartum recovering from my C-section! I wouldn’t even try to drive down there if it was not important and if they did not rush me saying I only have 5 business days to pick it up. Like what!?! THE WORST!

Ordered a gift for my mother for Mother’s Day and was supposed to arrive since Friday. Both my mother and brother were home all day and gate open. They didn’t deliver and was notified that “delivery could not be attempted”. They didn’t even try. I have tried calling and calling and emailing, just trying to find some possible way to connect to an actual human being and not some machine that hangs ends up hanging up on me. It was supposed to be delivered today and still nothing.

Terrible service, 3 packages delayed up to 3 or 4 days in each one, they always do the same thing, in the description it says that they open at 5PM and I call them at that time and no one ever answers, this company is complete garbage, at least here in Laredo

I wish I could select a zero star. I had an unbelievable incident. l went there for a package that was supposed to be hold by the UPS, however, they mentioned that the request for holding was put at 8:50 am and they started the delivery at 8:30 am. They did not show up at house and at 1 pm hold the package. I went to this center which only is open from 5 to 7 pm and was there at 5 exactly. I have been told that package is not there. I asked if they can call the driver to see where he is as I needed that package so much. The person at the counter refused and said UPS has fired someone for calling the driver. I called the UPS customer service and waited for nearly an hour and once the supervisor came online he tried to call this center dispatch but they did not respond. I went in again and asked for an assistance to be able to get my package but something interesting happened. When I went in at around 6:15 pm, the UPS counter person at this place told me he already have explained to me everything and if I stay there he will call security to throw me out. I just looked at him and came out. I have never been belittled like this. I will make sure to follow up this behavior. Even if I ask a question 20 times during their time and work hours its their job to respond to customer. They work only 2 hours and interestingly during that 2 hours they cannot behave. This is one of the worst places to go and the person treats you like you owe him something.

I cannot get them to deliver to my rural address, and there's no backend system through the website to fix the problem. The storefront in town sent me to the warehouse to pick up my package. They said it was open till 5 and called before I left the store in town. I arrived at 4:45 and entered through the unlocked gate. The person at the door said they were closed and threatened to call security. He wouldnt let me utter a sentence.I am at a complete loss with UPS. I don't know why amazon is using them. There are other options.

Great service the only bad thing about it they open up real late after 5 p.m. unfortunately I couldn't give them five stars since my package was lost between UPS and USPS
