I worked with the UPS customer service team for 5 hours today for our package to still not be delivered. Even the customer service team couldn't get hold of the Customer Center. Horrible customer service! Was told 3 times a manger from the local center would call but never did. They only let you lock up packages from 5-7 pm and I work in the evenings. If I had my choice I’d never use UPS again.

Juan Lozano 10/10!!! Super nice, great customer service, was able to help me fix my problem since UPS hadnt been able to deliver my packages.
