My sister bought an SUV there 3 weeks ago. On February 24, 2018 to be exact. This morning March 21, 2018 her car caught completely on fire. Thank God she wasn't hurt but when she went back to United Auto Group they did not only tell her they couldn't help her but threatened to sue her if she doesn't pay in full. That is awful customer service!!! I wonder if this is why they refused to give her the car fax when she asked for it before she bought the car. They were very quick to take her down payment and very quick to tell her it's not their problem when she asked for help this morning!!! I would tell anyone to run away from this place and look for a good place when deciding to purchase a vehicle. This was an awful experience!
