Staff/stylist were super nice but the hair trim I asked for felt like too much was cut and I got bangs that I did NOT ask for. By the time I realized that the front of my hair was being cut it was too late. The lady was nice and I was too shy/upset to say anything at the moment. When I got home is when I really realized how much was cut and how short the bangs were. My hair grows out extremely slow and this is extremely devastating to me. There's no going back now other than waiting a very long time for my hair to grow out again.

My wife have an appointment for 9:45 am and guess what, the store opens at 10am. HELLO !!!. GIVE ME A BREAK. My wife even got a reminder the day before about her appointment at 9:45am. Again,HELLO!!!

They’re always out of stock in their items. For my last two purchases I got screwed with the coupons. One for $15 off $50 and the other $5 off $20. I purchased items to meet the amounts required for the coupons and then they let me know on the first one three of six items were out of stock and one the second purchase two of the four items are out of stock. Both our read availability in store so I reassured myself before I purchased. Either update the online inventory or RESTOCK. It’s very frustrating, this is not the first time it’s constant and I purchase at least once a month that it’s gotten to the point to post publicly. The customer service from a female, older woman with blonde hair has very bad customer service and left me standing there in the front while she walked away to ask about the items and never returned for at least ten minutes so someone else finished the transaction. I think it’s just Laredo, I have yet to have these issue’s elsewhere. Not going to this store in person anymore; I guess purchasing online and shipping will be the best way to not have to deal with these issues.

No need to make comments or ask unnecessary things! You might think your being funny but instead you look cheap and unprofessional!

I had an issue with an employee not knowing the return policy and making up lies about the policy on the paper receipt and was an expert at making up "new" store policies. Would not look up my purchase on my rewards account as I asked her to do. She claimed that purchases over 30 days don't stay on the system, I told her I had seen it on my rewards account. My purchase was not 60 days old. I purchased it April 15. I went online to chat with a customer service rep and confirmed my item was still within the allowable return timeframe.I went the next day with another cashier who found my purchase on my account without issues and immediately did the exchange.The store does seem unattended and disorganized. I try to make a trip to San Antonio three times a year to purchase my makeup at the stores there because our local store never has merchandise. The shelve are empty and very disorganized.Hopefully someone can assist this store to be up to level as the ones elsewhere. Our local community deserves a nice store and service.
