Excellent store with a wide variety of brands and products, although sometimes they run out very quickly, they should have more stock.

I went the other day with my 12 year old. She wanted to get some makeup before school starts. None of the employees bothered to help except one, she came over to help us. She right away asked my daughter what she was looking for and got her color for all the products and helped her get all of what she said “are the essentials”. She even taught my daughter how to put the makeup on and gave her some tips, which I’m grateful for cause I don’t know anything about that stuff. She took us straight to the register and checked us out too. Thanks for the help and for the experience she gave my little girl! I’ll definitely come back looking for Laurie!

First time at the salon and I was very pleased with the service. My stylist, Bella, was a consumate professional and extremely qualified to work with curly hair. I struggle to find stylists I can trust and I'll definitely be coming back to Ulta for my next haircut.

Every time I go to this store there is only 1 or 2 employees but dissappear when you ask for help. They give an attitude when you ask for help, very poor customer service

They allowed us to enter, even when it was closing time. And they didn't rush us to choose what we were going to buy to go to the checkout to pay. They waited for us patiently for almost 40 minutes. Our gratitude and our most sincere recognition to the staff. They make you feel important ????

My visit at this location was horrible from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. A few girls who worked there at the makeup were only good to gossip about the clients physical appearance and didn’t care about others hearing. This one lady caught my attention in particular who I asked for helped but was to worried to go to lunch then listen to me, understandably at times so I let it pass.. But when I’m about to check out she gets in a verbal altercation with a coworker who was asking nicely if she was going to lunch and she got so offended was very rude made it seem as if she owned Ulta typical in Laredo. When hiring someone please humble them because this lady thought she was a Doctor wearing a white coat before I walked out I made sure to get her name. “Ale” can do better as an employee to improve costumer service for future customers. Hope this review helps make Ulta a better place to shop at.

Be aware, at your own risk, i did an order on line , I paid with affirm, right after that the sent me the confirmation number to my email, but couple days later, they sent me an email saying that my item was on a back order so they have to cancel my order, so I called the affirm, to let them know, well, they told me that Ulta already pull the money that I have to wait a period of time so the can make the refund, to make it short history, ulta ending sending my item, with out tracking number, I when on vacation, packet arrived with out of my knowledge, so after i don’t saw any refund on my affirm account, i called again and they told me to call the store, because they failed to make the refund, so i contacted the store, when they answered me, that haven’t idea what’s going on, well after an investigation they provided me with a tracking number date and time for the delivery, so i when to my cameras and they was right they did the delivery whatever I was on vacation and unfortunately was stolen, very poor Communication and unprofessional , definitely this my last time that i used their services, so right after this review if you want to take risk it’s on your own not recommended for shipping purposes.

Unfortunately, this is the only ulta in my hometown so regardless I have to be going constantly but if I had any other choice I would never come back. The store manager nanette is always talking away with the employees & is never providing that customer service a general manager should provide. It has been multiple occasions where I ask this specific tall male for some help locating specific items and he always ignores me & gets on his phone & stands in the back of the store. As well as he is always marking my items for my curbside orders as out of stock so I decide to go look for them myself & always end up finding them on my own. Always takes forever to help me with getting me my order and never says a “hello” or “thank you”, HORRIBLE customer service. Another employee who assists in the higher end makeup side is always on her phone as well or talking bad about her coworkers. Don’t even get me started on the cashier yesenia, exceptionally rude!!!!! Has no manners whatsoever, multiple occasions already when I overhear her talking badly about an employee or customer and is never helpful. Only cares about getting a credit card out of me & when I decline her attitude is so different. Not to mention she never dresses decent which I believe sets a bad example for the store.

Asked an associate who was near the perfume section a simple question about who I could get assistance from since there were no employees on the floor, but I was met with an attitude. The worker did not even glance at me when I asked for assistance even after I politely excused myself. I was then misinformed about an ulta credit card by an employee which was extremely upsetting because that affect one’s credit. Please do not lie to your customers when they ask you questions. I would also like to add that nice customer service is not hard to give. Thank you. If you want decent customer service go somewhere else, however I will most definitely never be visiting this location again.
