I'll give them another chance next time I'm in need as they were always good in the past. Upgraded to 4 star.For over 2 years they have fixed at least 6 flats on my car and now they won't touch my car unless they have some plastic guide to tell them where to jack up the car. I come here because they aren't whiny like discount tire about everything but I guess they won't bother having the equipment they need on hand or acting like professionals and knowing where to jack up a car. And the manufacturer says it's a suggested guide not required. Even the companies service techs don't use it. Sad!”

That store had installed the wrong size tires, which led the rear tires to scrap the wheel housing when the car hit a bump. Discount Tire policy requires that you get refunds only at the store in which tires were bought. Ridiculous, I know. Manny, however, saved me a trip to Houston by working something out with the Houston store. He also got me a refund. I cannot thank him enough.”
