They play awful music, asked at the front desk if they would change it and say it is not possible. The personal music taste should be that, not to play as a ambient sound.

Thrifting is becoming one of my hobbies. Hubby and I went to Texas Thrift Store Laredo. I think they have better selection of items there than the other store we used to frequent. However, the prices are a bit higher. I did grab some branded items that were 50% and 30% off. In San Antonio they have 3 TTS there. Items were really good; prices really low (at that time).Where we went last month was a treasure-filled hunt that I enjoyed much. And so before I buy new, I first go thrifting. I have found treasured pieces and here are a few of them.

This place has a large selection, the book section always has interesting finds. My only issue was the last time I went my total was $1.80 for two t shirts, so I payed with a $2 bill. The cashier put the bill on her black light bill checker, didn’t see any security strip or water mark and assumed my $2 bill was a fake. Now I understand $2 bills aren’t commonly used, but I use them all the time. And her logic didn’t make any sense, $1 bills and $2 bills have never in the history of US currency had a water mark or security strip. All I can say is it soured my experience, but I’ll be back and I would recommend this place, but if you plan on using $2 bills, brace yourself, the cashier might assume it’s fake if they’ve never seen one before.

You can tell they have different pricing teams. One wants to sell everything for what it cost (or more) new in the store. The other one prices for current condition.The staff were very busy talking to one another and kept talking to each other even while"helping the customer. "

I arrived at the store pushing a cart of a store that i had just been shopping at, so, my cart was pretty full of things frpm that prev Well, i that i had bought at that previous store.Well, the clerk at the THRIFT STORE would not allow for me to enter with the PREVIOUS store's cart, so, i asked for THEIR cart. Theit carts are very, very SMALL in terms of how much they'll carry. So, i left without even entering, much less, shopping there!!! ?

My first experience I filled my basket with clothes the cashier asked if I got anything on special I td her I didn't realize you have specials cause no signs,..and my total was 50.00-60.00 and I had a 100.00 dollar bill she said they dont accept big Bill's 50.00-100.00 I'm like I'm spending a large amount for used clothes and you can't charge me? So I came home empty no clothes for my first experience this store I give it a 0- compared to good will, veterans, or salvation army they are more respectable and professional.
