A really great banking experience. Much better than any of the national banks. Customer service here is phenomenal.

Great customer service. One problem is NOT being able to deposit at ATM machine. Especially needed after hours and be able to get deposit confirmation by receipt. Other problem is, they only have one ATM machine in town, and that's at the bank.
