Customers walk in and are asked to wait and they'll be taken care of. As per female working at North Laredo store, she was tending customers not in order as they were coming in. Very frustrating visit to this tmobile place.

Great assistance from Marisa switched from Verizon and she setup both my wife and I. Reception now in places I had no service with Verizon and with Verizon had 2G data now unlimited and all at half the cost of Verizon. 20 plus years with Verizon and terible service and their reward for loyalty was charge me 158. per mo for 2 phones and a watch and 2G of data. Now 1/2 that for unlimited. Service area everywhere I go.

Great experience my wife and I had during our visit to upgrade and get some information on new phones. Had the pleasure of meeting Jamie who helped us out and answered all our questions and concerns. Wife and I came out with new phones and are very satisfied. Definitely recommend if your looking to transfer, upgrade or even just ask questions if your not sure. Thanks again

I'm 71 yrs.old &desperately needed to know why my phone exactly like my husband's wasn't charging fast enough.I would leave it all night&it wasn't charged by morning.I would use my husband's charger& it would charge fast.I called&Monico answered & told me just bring it over& we'll check your phone& charger.I took my phone& both chargers&several of the white plugs of the USB connection.He explained to me what was wrong with my charger cord,already torn& checked my phone because It looked cracked but it was just the screen protector.I just needed another cord.He was very helpful and attentive.I highly recommend Tmobile especially this office by H.E.B.plus.They have great customer service.It's not only about making the sale,it's about when you don't know what to do,going and having someone help you& not having to be waiting on the phone.Thank you Monico.
