They don't even deserve one star. About a year ago I upgraded my phone and changed my number from my brother's account to my dad's. I turned in my old phone and was supposed to get a $800 credit. They lady who helped me with the process did something wrong and I never got my credit, I sill have to pay for my iPhone on a monthly basis. They are charging this to my brother's account; my brother never authorized the purchase of a new iPhone. I did several attempts to solve this issue with the store manager but she never was there, instead Ms. Gabriela Gutierrez, assistant manager was there to check on this. Although I was told by customer service over the phone that she or the manager were able to solve my situation, they refused. I went to the store about 5 times to find a solution, but this last time she asked me to call my lawyer to solve this with Tmobile's legal team, she refused service to my mom, and called the cops on me and filed a restriction order . WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Please do not go to this store.

Don't buy things here. They don't need a store. Go online and order there. take away their store because they are basically useless when its help that you need thats not comission based! Sooo happy to sell you equipment but they do anything in their power to avoid a return. Worst customer service when it comes returning equipment.

Sincerely one of the worst buying experiences ever, shoved out the door, given a 30 dollar fee for upgrading when I never did so, then when we called to get it removed we were rudely spoken to by an associate that ratted out his district manager for his mistake saying it was his fault, then had the nerve to not only talk to me in a ride way but my father as well, AS WE ARE ON THE LINE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Needless to say we will never buy from these people again, we are leaving T Mobile and we have spoken to corporate about the charge and this store. Of any from that store see this review, do not respond to us we have already gone through the proper channels and have no need to talk to you further besides hopefully getting someone who won't sneak charges into my bill without telling anyone.
