I had the most pleasant exchange with Judith of TMobile at the Mall. I went in to ask about trade-in and Judith ushered me to the table with all her beautiful and engaging smile, ready to answer my questions. Efficient and helpful that she is, she advised me of the forthcoming Apple launch of iPhone 15 and a possible promo that comes with it. On top of that, she is delightfully knowledgeable because she was able to answer all my questions. When you meet TMobile associates like Judith, you can’t help but be happy that you are part of the TMobile family. I am really glad to be one. Look for Judith the next time you go to TMobile at the Mall.

Hours are NOT posted on the building. I looked online and Google has them open till 9 pm. I needed a phone urgently because mine broke. I get there and they had a customer in there and gates down. I told the female associate (who was rude) that I need to buy a phone. She said she can not let anyone in. I explained I would be paying full price I did not need to finance the phone. She asked if I wanted to speak to a manager. Alfonso came to the door after she talked to him....all he said was no and shook his finger. I was like are you not even going to talk to me? He said no. I have a small buisness and my livelihood depends on me being able to make calls to my clients. I had appointments I needed to confirm for the next day. I am beyond dissatisfied. Alfonso was a complete disappointment . One would expect more from a manager who is also in charge of makng sales. I was for a discount I was paying full price for a phone. Lack of service will keep me from not just this location but probably from T Mobile all together.

Their customer service is not to standards at all. They took forever to come and help me out and out of 4 employees only one knew what they were doing and at the end they suggested me just to do it online.. It is a waste of an open location

i had a great experience upgrading my phone to a new one with sarah! she’s very patient and answered all questions i had! she made sure all my data was uploaded to my new phone which has always been a hassle to do! great experience! make sure to ask for sarah when you go!
