Went to get my truck serviced oil change very fast and courteous sevice better than inside the store ...needed attention cooler restrooms dirty employees on there cell phones before we were acknowledged

Stopped into stripes so hubby could wash the car and I could use the ladies room. The ladies room was gross. If I didn't have to go, I would have held it and gone somewhere else. I chose to clean my hands with my own hand sanitizer afterwards. My husband had purchased a car wash at the pump. We pull up and see that the machine is not cleaning the driver side rear of the car... so we don't have a choice we are in line and it's taken our money. My husband said he would ask for a refund if it didn't clean the back. It's one thing for an automated machine to mix a part of the car but half? That's crazy... my husband thought that the person that was in front of us maybe had pulled into the machine over to one side too much and perhaps this caused the problem.. but alas, no. We still had the same problem as the first car. We pull up to the gas station to show someone and ask for a refund or something because one half of the back isn't washed. They tell us they can't give a refund. They the. Proceed to send us back in the car wash to apparently see if there is an issue. They then see it. We can see the cars behind us pointing to the back of our car and complaining they also don't want the same result on their own automobiles. He proceeded to tel my husband he can't get a refund because he paid at the pump and it gave him a discount... no idea. I didn't realize that it did. Maybe it did. Don't know. We got the general managers number and will call when we return home from our trip as we do not live in this part of Texas. I felt anyone in the area needed to know so I created this listing on yelp so I could post our experience. Don't think we will be back to stripes.
