The team is so friendly and professional. Carolina is incredibly skilled and listened to exactly what I wanted. Always a great haircut!
Update: Horrible Service since new management took over. A lot of employee turnover recently which leads to a lot of inconsistency when there was never this issue. Perfect example, today I checked in at 9:12am and go removed form the lineup 24 mins after. Right when I was walking into the store. When I advised one of the new employees at the front she just said well “It’s not an appointment, you took too long and now you have to wait over an hour to cut your hair.” With this type of service you just lost a long tenured employee.

Our stylist, Ashley is amazing. Great customer service. I no longer struggle to convince my son to get his haircut because he looks forward to the shampoo and massage he gets when he's done.

10/10 place. Celeste, in particular, is amazing. I’ve been going to her for months, and I enjoy both the customer service and the cut. I recommend her to anyone that needs a haircut.

The employees here don’t know how to cut hair because my child wanted a not to low haircut and they did it how ever they liked instead of listening to us

I love the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. My go to stylist Ashley is excellent, phenomenal customer service. I always walk out of the store feeling extremely satisfied with my haircut. I will 100% keep coming back.

Carolina really helped me when not knowing exactly what I wanted to do with my hair I told her my situation of what route I wanted to go and based on her observations she gave me a recommendation which I ended up loving and will now be coming back to her for my future cuts

My husband went in for a haircut and although the haircut itself was good the barber did not clean the clippers properly. She sprayed the clippers with disinfectant right before using them and it left the entire bottom half of my husband’s head with painful white bumps.

The picture on bottom is what my hair looks like before I walked in. The middle was what she did and all I wanted was just the back like picture at the top. People don't listen, they just cut it as they see it. I didn't say take all my hair off sides and top, just the back. I like having hair, but to many times, they just wack it off. It's like going to McDonald's and you say no cheese, they give it to you anyway. People just don't listen...shame cause it's not their hair!
Update: according to two other Stylists, she messed it up pretty bad, didn't even check it and left one side longer than other and behind ear is longer on left than right. She didn't even cut the back like picture, she just cut, no layers It's been over a week and no one seems to respond, that's what narcissistic people do, no accountability. I guess I have to be Hispanic, not white in laredo.
