I hate how tipping is now being pushed and shamed onto customers now in haircutting because when you pay on the touch screen, it doesn't give you an option to give no tip and the lowest tip option was $7. For a $20 haircut, that's a lot. 33% tip is kind of ridiculous. In order to pay lower than that, you have to click the "other amount" button which I assume many people don't know. I still grumbly paid $4 or $5 "tip" the few times I got my haircut but I'm not going to pay any tip anymore. I hate how it's creeping up in other industries too. I think the purpose of tipping has been forgotten. It's not supposed to be an obligation fee, it's suppose to be show of gratitude for doing a great job or going above and beyond. If barbers and salons going to act like this, I'll go back to buzzing my own hair.

First time here at the Laredo location for work and needed a hair cut.. always enjoyed going to the ones in Austin.. Jackie is terrible and does not enjoy her job. She treated me like I was a object on an assembly line. I will not be returning.. a high n tight is not hard. Yet she did a terrible job.
