Be very careful when hiring this company. Employees and owner do not know how to respect customers. We had a commercial door installed and when they were done we have a large gap at the bottom where the doors come together, the gap is Approximately 1" by 1/4". When asked to come out and fix it we were told that this type of gap is "industry standard" I guess Industry Standard means that if the company screws up and they use that to not fix it. The person that we talked to "John" was very rude and basically said that we were too picky. There was a time when companies cared about their quality, this one does not.

This place does not have the best interest of the consumer! I HIGHLY recommend staying away from this place! They make up prices as they go. I recently bought a glass plastic seal strip for my shower and was charged $43.00. He changed prices to $60.00 but when i mentioned we had initially agreed to a different price, he honored it. This same seal cost $10 on Amazon. Save your money and don't spend it on this establishment! Here is the description to that same seal on Amazon; copy and paste it. Alls you would have to do is cut to size. I can only imagine "South Texas Glass" uses a cutting mechanism and technique that raises the price by $30.00. Be aware of this Company! I will leave other reviews on other media platforms to let the masses know about their corrupt business! They replaced my master bathroom shower glass. They did do an over the phone/ email free rough estimate (was pretty much exactly same as actual total), all of the guys were professional, on time, and nice. The shower came out beautifully. They were the cheapest by $300 for the exact same outcome. Would absolutely recommend and use them again.

Company does not offer free estimates, first red flag. Paid their fee of 120 because I needed the work done in a rush. Scheduled an appointment for today, tech did not show up on time, we called to check if he was still coming and was told yes, waited until 830 and the reps never came, never contacted us, pretty unprofessional and disappointing. I will not use them again, and definitely do not recommend them. I was hesitant to begin using a company with 3 star reviews. Beware.

Ordered, and paid for, a couple glass items. Was told they would be ready in a week, and that they would call me when complete. Two weeks later, have not heard from them. Drive to pick up paid items, after giving them an extra week to complete order. They had not even begun the TWO WEEK OLD order. Only thing that was done properly, was charging my credit card...imagine that. Was told if I wanted to WAIT ten minutes, Wes could cut glass while I wait. No thanks, you did not find the initial order important enough to carry out the task, so I took my business, and money somewhere a little more efficient.
