  Tracey is excellent at waxing. I don't live near to this location. I followed Tracey when she moved here from north Laredo. I make the drive specifically for her eyebrow waxing. She is very thorough and shapes my eyebrows perfectly according to my preference.
  
  The location is always clean. It smells clean, too. Everything is organized. They do take appointments and walk-ins. Weekend and evenings are usually busy, just like anywhere else. I took the pictures on a Thursday around 2 p.m., so it was slow.

  Bad service I'm always willing to pay an leave tip but the service from a young girl was bad. She was always attending her phone and using ear pods to watch a movie or something on her phone. I ask her to give another coat of polish. I will never come back to this place or this girl. The place is beautiful and nice

  I really like coming here. Its clean and spacious. Tracy the owner/manager is very kind and accomodating. She does great waxing. All the girls and guy do nice work on nails.

  I’ve been going here for quite some time and there’s two girl that rush through the nails or are just too busy having gossip time to where it poorly effects the quality of how the nails come out, I am one of those customers who wants what I’m paying for meaning if I’m paying you to do a job I’d like it done the way I’d like it done so yes I’ll correct or quickly point out if something is looking satisfying to my liking. Here that’s a problem they take it as an “attitude or being rude” which alone is strange because a paying customer is going to want a job well done right? And then on top of that the owner tell me (after I already completed getting my service) i mentioned to her the original worker did a horrible job so somebody else had to come and do everything completely over she turn’s around and tells me “some of the girls don’t want to work on you because your attitude” like Huh? Lady that has nothing to do with nothing at this point she just was being messy stirring up the drama and it’s just completely unprofessional and disgusting that’s how this business is being ran. They need more professionals and less children in training.
