JJ went out of his way to get us approved for a vehicle and the itself. He worked with us for 3 to 4 days. Searching for the type of car we were looking for. I never would have thought that I'd be driving a volkswagen, but here we are. His intuition was on point.

They were going to buy my vehicle with a voucher. I was convinced since they only let 100 people to do that special. When I got there they appraised my car and I was still upsidedown. Just made the whole deal go sour after that. Save your gas when they want to go over to look at options.

If you ever stop by, ask for JJ! (Castillo, I think). In and out in less than one day when other dealerships always take their time! My man hooked me up with a Grand Cherokee and had me rolling in NO time. I couldn't have anyone higher on my list than him. Fast, smooth, friendly, and aggressive with those deals ???

When i first received my vehicle, it was FILTHY. I had to pay to get the whole car detailed. Tires were completely worn out had to replace them myself. The gas tank was not full either, after addressing it to my salesman, he said “i know i saw it wasn’t full.” I’ve had nothing but problems with my vehicle that I purchased here. Transmission completely gave out three months after financing. After contacting my salesman about the transmission, there was no communication while my car was getting serviced. I had to contact Nissan myself and constantly check up on my vehicle since salesman was not in communication with them. So disappointed in the overall experience here..

HORRIBLE SERVICE NEVER BUY A CAR THERE! NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY’RE DOING. THE MANAGER CANT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH! THEY SOLD ME A CAR W/ out INSPECTING IT AND THEN TOLD ME TO TAKE IT BACK DAYS LATER IT BECAUSE “they FORGOT TO INSPECT THAT CAR” IMAGINE IT DIDNT HAVE BREAKS OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. JUST AN ALL AROUND BAD BRO EXPERIENCE FRON THE SALESMEN TO THE MANAGERS TO THE MECHANICS. IF YOU WANT A USED CAR DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! TRUST ME
