Laredo Sames Ford always comes thru with excellent service. But this week they went above and beyond with mobile service. My car did not have to leave my driveway to get serviced and I was able to go about my day uninterrupted.

Well, what I can tell you is that the vehicle reception staff are very attentive and very active in receiving the vehicles, following up on them and assigning them to the staff responsible for the service for your vehicle. In general, everything is fine, the facilities are very comfortable.

I paid for the complete work, oil change, tire rotation and checking the fluids, they did everything but the rotation of the tires, by chance I realized that they did not do that job. They must have windows so that customers see that they are really doing their job. In this time do not work good.
