I took my car in for a recall and to fix my skid plate. I ended up paying for an oil change I didn’t ask for($65)and my skid plate wasn’t fixed even after mentioning it 3 times first online when making the appointment then twice to the employees. So I had to bring my car back again so then it turns out I’m missing more of skid plate so they said it was $174 when it comes time to pay I ended up paying $198 even though they said it was just $174 no labor or anything. So that day I ended up paying $263. Overall, I won’t be coming back unless it’s for a recall. Not even my “free” oil change will bring me back. Also, they take forever to service anything.

I have been a loyal customer of Sames Honda, having purchased four vehicles from them over the years. Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing and did not meet the standards I have come to expect from this dealership.
I was told to drop off my vehicle for a complimentary wash, and I was assured it would be ready the next day. When I arrived to pick it up, I was shown a picture and told my vehicle was ready. However, upon inspection, it was clear that the vehicle had not been properly washed or cleaned.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of attention to detail and the failure to meet a basic customer service expectation was disheartening. I hope Sames Honda takes this feedback seriously and strives to improve their service, especially for loyal customers who have supported them for years.

My wife and I went to Sames Honda with purpose of shopping for a Honda Pilot. We were met by Amando E. Lerma, Sales Representative. Mr. Lerma showed my wife and I several models and some less expensive vehicles as options and different financial options available tot us. After some back and forth with pricing, we decided to purchase a 2025 Honda Pilot EX-L, beautiful and spacious vehicle. Mr. Lerma explained everything there was know about the vehicle and definitely made our purchase experience a very good one. Kudos to all of the Sames Honda personal from the sales rep, porter, and financial adviser for a great experience!
