AVOID: I needed my A/C fixed. These people charged me $2,000 and STILL didnt fix it. They wanted $850 more. Then when I complained they told me they REFUSE to fix my vehicle and I can just go pick it up. When I picked it up there were pieces missing. I'm seriously going to file charges against the manager personally and this company. They stole car parts and gave me a dangerous vehicle to drive. Just look at the pictures, how they left my car all open and taken apart and expected me to drive with. They stole multiple splashguards and I almost wrecked because they left wires loose. I aught to file charges against them. I had a lawyer tell me they could be responsible for attempted murder, but I make so much it probably wouldn't be worth my time. I'm not even kidding. But I'm petty so we'll see if I file or not.

Great! Awesome service! I broke down in hunting camp 10 miles out of Laredo at 4:00 on a Friday. Towed my F150 to Sames Friday night, thinking I was going to be without my truck for hunting all weekend and going to Uber to San Antonio Monday morning. Mr. Luis Salas called at 1:00 Saturday and said 'come and get it'! Thanks to Sames and Luis, I was back to hunting by 4:00.

Best Dealership in Town! I've bought several vehicles here and I will continue to do so. I've Never had any issues. My salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable, Even the manager came out to thank me. I don't know what happened with these other comments.... but for one I wouldn't service a bmw at a ford dealership. It's common sense......and I'm smart enough to know that you don't have to drive two hours to buy a car. It's like saying I'm going San Antonio to buy an iPhone because it's cheaper.... it's a franchise folks...manufacturers put out rebates and programs for ALL dealerships. It all depends if you run into the right salesperson or manager. Don't be ignorant either and waste your time because at the end of the day you will service your vehicle here in Laredo and not out of town. You Buy here and I can assure you they take care of you.

Garbage. Agreed to the terms, signed the docs took my car home. Next day they called saying I needed a co signer AFTER all the LEGAL DOCUMENTS were signed and I had the car? Absolutley not. Idiots.
