first time coming here and so far very bad experience. my husband and i both did iur taxes here and both of us had bad experiences. still haven't received our income taxes . wow sorry but dont recommend this place at all .

Good custoner service and helpful staff the only thing I didn't like is that all people's folders are out and about at anyone's hand...that considering it's personal sensitive info. At one point one of the receptionist got a copy of one of clients social security number and then was called to do something and left it out and about exposed to anyone in sight. That is the only reason I give it 2 stars. There should be more control of that...either than that staff is very good and friendly.
