Very good service
I was looking for a place to check my Diesel Sierra
Here in Laredo it is difficult to find someone who knows about this. Mr. Ricardo and his team have been there since day 1 for our GMC
Every time something comes up I call Mr. Ricardo and he clears up our doubts.
Without a doubt, I don't regret going here?

He took more than three months to fix my transmission and at the end he took it to a transmission shop to fix it. Always lies when asked him about my truck and when I finally got it my truck was leaking transmission oil. Bad bad service.

Took my car for timing belt. He had the car there for a month! I had to rent a car for 2 weeks. Then had to borrow family's cars for the next 2 weeks! Never answers the phone. Didn't give me an explanation for what was going on. And charged me over $1,000!

Terrible service. It took me a month and a half with my car, I called him and his shop never answered, not even on his cell phone. He never gives receipts for what he buys. You complain about his lack of professionalism and he still acts offended. I was about to send him to court. He is very lying, unfulfilled, unprofessional.
If you want to avoid bad days, bad moments and very expensive prices DO NOT GO THERE.

Thief, rata,su palabra no vale, no me regreso $200 dolares. Do not trust this man, have everything documented. I have him recorded telling me that he is going to have the money at the end of the day and nothing. This happened in June 2022.

$140 plus parts to swap-out the starter on a 2012 Mazda 3.* Good customer service* Got the job done on the same day we brought it in.* I recommend this shop to others.

Drop of my truck and did nothing to it in a whole day and then came and drop it off with no explanation. I already had payed him and didn't finish what I paid for. Gives you the round and around . Has too many cars to fix and not enough mechanics. I don't recommend this place at all.Service: Body & Trim
