THE WORST BANK/BRANCH!! I call the 1800 # to just be told that they see what I see on the app!!! I call the branch and they say they 1800 # should be able to help me because they see the same thing I see!! DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM!! The app is a mess things are never updated or posted in a timely manner. The representatives at this bank never know or give you any type of solution aside from their attitude.

I’m so glad I opened an account at another bank in case the BBVA-PNC transition was a mess. They did not disappoint. I still cannot withdraw money from the ATM. I will likely have to take a day off from work to close the account since they do not open on Saturdays. What a horrible bank!

HORRIBLE! They open super late and close super early, I’m at work by the time they open and I’m still at work by the time they close! Other than that they DO NOT open on the weekend not even for a few hours!!! And they never answer the phone and that one time I got lucky and they did answer the lady was super rude!
