Took a battery to get recharged. They said battery was no good. Told them battery just needs charge because door was left open for 2 weeks car was left parked bought battery 2 months ago. They said no good I need to buy a new battery. Took it to auto zone they recharged the battery and working fine. Some people working there just being lazy they don't want to work..

Really bad service lack of knowledgeable employees and not adequately trained on customer service. Was sold a headlight bulb and did not fit and when trying to return they did not allow refunds or exchanges when it was there fault in selling wrong item. Lost a customer.

Went to o'reilly today just to do a simple Light bulb change on my taillight. And I had just seen the individuals land out tools. when I asked. They told me that they don't lend out tools and they can only sell tools.Which, by the way, the individuals were being very discriminatory towards me as well. Never had such Poor customer service. They made me feel like I wasn't welcome. And even worse, they did not even want to help. I don't know how Joe the general manager can even stay. In his decision with people like this.

I went in to get a code read but the attendants told me they don't do it until 9am, I've never encountered this at any O'Reilly, I went to the one Clark road and they did the code read right away. Maybe that is their policy or it could be because it was raining, who knows.

Oreilly Auto Parts has quality parts especially when in comes to anything dealing with electrics of the vehicle. Ive never had any problem like at other auto parts.
