Vehicle was so so, not very clean.Thank God it did not smell like cigars.Returned the vehicle ageas of time and no adjustment to the invoice.

My go to car rental company. service is quick even if a flight just arrived. You just have to wait and that depends on the renter situation if it requires more time. They try their best to get u going. It's a small airport so thank god it's a close distance. They are amazing at opening late or only ones open really. I never see Avis employees there. Except once and the customer was complaining. Definitely pick up when coming to Laredo.

Unprofessional staff, unorganized and I would not recommend. How you have a reservation for 2 weeks and not have cars available an hour after my arrival is beyond me. I’m guessing they don’t have the same standards for operating in Laredo as the do in a decent airport/city.

Terrible service and they're clearly not held to the standard of the National brand in Laredo. How a rental car company allows me to reserve a car 3 weeks prior then runs out of cars is beyond my comprehension. I do not recommend! Very poorly run branch.

Great experience at this National location. Reserved a premium sedan, and was upgraded to a premium SUV. I like larger vehicles so getting a 2021 Suburban definitely made my day. It’s one heck of a road-tripper. The staff at the counter is super easy to work with, and with 25k miles on it already, the car still looked, smelled and drove like brand new. Highly recommend this place!

Been here twice. Both times my car wasn't ready and had to wait over an hour. There are 5 workers in the back eating Krispy donuts and gossiping. Not attaining to customers. Had to walk up twice and ask what is going on. Then they finally go check the lot for a car.

I guess there’s a new system that National has started that the cars has a computer chi by p in the fuel tank the tells how many gallons it has been used up I had to drove it to national I was informed that the car was short one gallery and I was charge almost $4 dollars for that I think that’s unfair even though the tank was full also the toll pass was jammed and I wasn’t able to close itI don’t know if I was charge for the toll usage

Excellent service!! I rent cars with national on a regular basis all around the US and Gallo, the manager is by far the nicest and accommodating person that I had the pleasure to deal with. Thanks again.

Worst experience at a National location. Reserved a car weeks in advance, no car available when I landed. They said the wait would be 20 minutes while they got the cars cleaned. Then they said no cars would be available until after 6pm but they would shuttle us to our hotels and drop the cars off around 6pm at our hotels. Then got a call at 6pm saying they would have to pick me up again and take me back to the airport so I could pick up the car myself and the person was on their way to get me. I waited in the lobby for an hour for the person to show up, called National counter twice to inquire where they were. When the guy got to my hotel he was in a different car and they told me this would be my rental car but I would have to drive the guy BACK to the airport to drop him off. Absolutely ridiculous and no apologies or help from the local National or when I called the 800 number. This is incredibly poor service.

Ok not great, the customer before me had there car brought to them under the canopy so they didn't get wet, but I had to go out into the rain to get mine.
