every time you come here it's a 2 hour plus wait for a simple oil change you see their technicians on their phone and talking away instead of actually trying to get the people in and out in a timely manner

As of July 26, 2023Vehicle wash prices are increasing compared to other automated car wash places. The one slight advantage here is they still wipe your vehicle dry for free and without asking for tips. Obviously, it won't get wiped dry like you would do it, but it is a benefit.They offer vehicle detailing, oil changes and Texas Annual vehicle inspection services. Lastly, the vacuums are free to use too.They do a very decent job in the wash prep department. I have been a loyal customer of Grease Monkey for over three years now, and I can confidently say that it is the best car wash facility I have ever come across. This establishment has consistently provided me with exceptional service and attention to detail, making each visit a truly satisfying experience. I have never had problems with this establishment and they always seem to exceed expectations. From the people in the back helping you choose which wash you would like or the people in the front that dry your car. There is one worker though, named Agustin who always seems to be in the back while I take my car for my weekly wash, and let me tell you Agustin loves his job. He is always very polite and helpful and goes above and beyond by spraying and pre washing the car to make sure it comes out good. All in all, I would recommend Grease Monkey to anyone in Laredo looking for a good Car Wash!

Went and got my vehicle detailed and man, let me tell ya, I've paid three times more money for the same service. Their attention to detail was fantastic. The pride they had with their work made the final product amazing. I've taken my vehicle thru the automated wash plenty of times, but this was a whole other level of excellent service.Will make this a monthly routine for sure.
