I went with my mom to buy a charger since her phone was charging super slow and we were helped by Karina. She charged my mom’s phone a bit to show us the speed of the charger we’d be buying. She also provided me information about my phone for the future incase I want to upgrade. Thank you so much for your help. Excellent service.

Got here and pretty much did the operation that needed to be done by myself .... And still got charged $15 extra.... Which ironically they call "convenience" charge .... What a joke ... Not funny but the way ....The girl ... All she did was give me the 800 number to call ... And I had to do everything ... Guess the only thing is that she wasn't that bad looking ???But from now on I'll be doing my business through the app or calling in myself ...?So I don't have to pay extra to them ...

Just a real great experience. Linda and her staff were very swiftly and polite we didn’t take more than 30 minutes. We got a new iPhone 13 and my son is extremely happy with it. I recommend this place 100 percent. Will definitely come back to Laredo and visit them.

I walked into the store and Ave was such a delight from the moment I walked in. I needed to connect 5 phones in total and she was AMAZING!!!! Not only was she super nice but she went above and beyond to make my shopping experience as easy as possible. She took her time to check if I qualified for any discounts and helped me pick out a phone that suited me. All in all I definitely recommend this Metro store for your cell phone needs. Erica is very rude lacking knowledge on products and services . On the verge of being a Karen just because she does not know her policies on porting in four numbers it sad to see someone so young unable to handle their work environment as a professional as she's so sad that she is the manager of that facility I feel sorry for the owner putting his store in her hands as she is not capable of accomplishing her managerial duties and providing proper customer service.
