Best place to pick up your medications here in Laredo. Very quick to fill prescriptions sent over, and friendly staff to answer all questions. Highly recommend.

I have been calling for two days. No answer. Appears that someone picks up the phone and then they hang up on both lines!According to the photo on the website, you have plenty of employees. Ugh!?Totally useless

I remember years back Medcenter was the wow factor of pharmacies! Lately it has become very disappointing! For one they never pick up the phone which is very inconvenient for people that live far away from the pharmacy, forcing them to go all the way to the pharmacy to check on prescriptions which most of the times are not even ready! Very disappointing!!!

An email was sent today at 10a that my script was ready for pickup and 4 hrs. later the woman at the counter said they were still working on it. TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE service.

There's no point fo having curbside pickup and not answering the phone. I Called like 6 times. There was no answer 09/09/21 @ 3:40pm. And had to go in. Dont advertise curbside pick up if u don't have it.

I have to wait Everytime like almost 3 hours to get medication took two trips and they keep telling me the medicine is not ready and they will call me. After an hour i did not received a call or text i call again and they still don't have the medication ready and still have to wait. Worst experience ever if you need it fast it will take hours for you to get it
