I bougth at Calton location two matrsses, one full size and one individual size both with bed bugs, very dissappointed. I sent them a message with the issue and never answer my email. I chat with customer service but they need my invoice and I can't find it.

Great experience. Delila Fernández answered every single one of our questions even if it was the same one more than once. We spent a little over 2 hours to make a decision. Ms. Fernández was patient and very pleasant to work with on top of being very knowledgeable about the products she was selling. The store offered a great variety of mattresses to choose from. We are very satisfied with the experience.
