I couldn't get assistance even after I asked at the front desk three times. A customer that overheard me guided me to the correct aisle. I thanked the customer.Lowe's still didn't have what I needed, I think.I never got helped.

Please check carefully when you buy something and ask how long you have to return it because I bought an electric stove extractor and when I took it to return it they told me that I only had 48 hours to return it and so I couldn't return it. I paid $138 dollars and now I'm gone. akedar with an item that I am not going to use, the lady recommended that I sell it on Friday, not even in the flea do they give you 48 hours, imagine if you buy something for over 500 dollars and if you want to return it and they no longer let you see this if it is Sad, I better keep buying at Home Depot there, yes, there is a guarantee.

"Terrible service. Fifteen days ago, I bought a dishwasher, and tomorrow was supposed to be the delivery date. However, I received an email stating that they changed the delivery date. No employee knows why. I called the manager, and even they don't have an explanation. The service is terrible. I hope someone can address this issue. That's why I decided to write a review. I do not recommend shopping at this store. Please think twice before making a purchase here."

To whom it may concern, I received a house warming gift of a lawnmower , self propelled yardmax 201cc. It stopped working after 2 weeks using it, it would die midway and could never finish the yard. I’m appalled and saddened how the Lowe’s in Laredo Texas handles customer satisfaction. I’m a veteran and my whole family chooses Lowe’s as our go to for things we need. I’m disappointed that the manager had no solution was not sympathetic whatsoever and pretty much said tough luck. It was a gift so I cannot go around and ask everyone for a receipt or if they have one. He lawn mower is practically brand new and sits in my garage, tires and all or not worn and filter clean no leaks it’s in pristine condition but does not work. I would hope there was some type of solution because I’m a customer and this is not right.

Went there yesterday with the hope I could grab a couple of specialty screws before closing time. Besides finding them in a very good organized drawer, I was treated very friendly by a very polite cashier by the name of Max. Not only did he help make the transaction smoother and swifty but in addition to professional customer service he even went above and beyond by reaching me in the parking lot to give me the bolts I've purchased which I had just left in his countertop since I was a bit rushed by my timing and errand list. He did save me from another trip just to recover them. Thank you Max. Thanks you LOWE'S Laredo, Texas.

Easy access, plenty of parking, dedicated staff and we'll stocked for our travels. Needed some weather stripping for a leaky travel trailer window while in route to Monterey, MX. In and out and back on the road. Viva Mexico! Gracias Lowe's!

Argumentative staff that implement policies that don't make sense. Supposedly now you need to get the credit card information from an investor when making a phone sale. I tried to explain to the Lowes staff that the investor would most likely not feel comfortable giving me his credit card information. I asked if they would call him for that and they said they would not. Doesn't make sense! I called to get answers and they were rude and hung up on me. Only idiots work at this Lowes. When things don't make sense all they say is "it's policy" ?
