Clerks very helpful and focused to details
Highly recommended, more over because all items are Well organized, so, you do not waste time segregating items that do not belong to that place

The worst store with the laziest employees. They’ll literally watch you attempt to load a 175lb box into your truck without offering any assistance. The people in the aisles have no experience with home improvement projects and will swerve you to avoid helping. Seems like Lowe’s fired every person with experience

I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs Margie K at Lowe's while I was looking for help and not finding any everywhere I looked no one was around until I spotted Mrs Margie K and was kind enough to offer me help even when she was on her way to lunch. Lowe’s should hire more people like Mrs Margie K .
PS Lowe’s is starting to look like Walmart that every time you look for help it’s like no one works there. This is the store in Laredo , Tx

I have given Lowe's multiple chances but every time they keep on disappointing me! I have done 2 pick up orders for something that should be ready the same day and it'll take them 4-5 business days even if the item is in stock.....not sure why. Not that I need to explain myself, but I work long hours and don't have time to go in store and pick up things. Then the canceling/refunding money takes back more days. I had an occasion where I paid in person in CASH, and ended up needed to return the item and it took 2 weeks for me to get a merch card. They all said they do not refund cash.

I bought a can of paint and it wasn't the tone. I also wanted it for the exterior. The color wasn't anything and he didn't want to give me credit. Frank Flores in charge of the department took my receipt and it was the next day at the plaza and it says 30 days to return I wanted credit because I was going to buy more things. It's very bad that I would rather lose a customer for a minimum price. The store doesn't stay poor. Plus, they take a long time to serve, you waste a lot of time. The employees ignore you. What I did was leave the jar and give it to them with everything and the receipt is of no use to me.
