I was trying to cash a ticket and their was a cashier and a young lady just laughing and I go excuse is anybody attending the money service department and the older lady goes what do you want and I go cash a ticket and she goes it's closed. Like are you serious. It's clearly open smh

Hi I'm very upset with the sale that went on this past Friday to Sunday Feb. 2-4 it was barely Saturday and the merchandise that was on sale was NOT available for purchase cause they didnt have any. Butter, Tea, Bacon, Foil Paper, nor chips were available. I believe if you have a 3 day sale you are supposed to have merchandise for all 3 days. Thank you

To begin with, the customer service is terrible, very bad, most of the cashiers are rude even though they are young and the supervisor, an older lady with dyed red hair, is the rudest and is always in a bad mood as if the customers had It's my fault, there the milk is always expired the employees don't change it on time whenever I go for milk I had to ask an employee for it for the same reason one day I didn't notice and I brought it expired I spoke and told them that I had already taken it They told me to take it however I want, they would change it for me when I arrived, a cashier with Chinese hair made fun because I had already taken it and I didn't want to change it, so why would they tell me to go if I had already told them that I had taken it, then I complained to them Jesse the manager about how the employee behaved and instead of talking to the employee he told me that he no longer wanted me to enter the store and prohibited me from entering, as I said at the beginning that man covers up the employees and lets them be rude He prefers to chase away customers and have the store lose money rather than do something about it. I think the store needs to change personnel, put in a new store manager to build the store because right now it's very bad, it's going downhill with that Mr. Jesse.

I just recently started going here, at first I went out of interest but now I am obsessed, most things are cheaper here than at H‑E‑B or Walmart, the staff is very friendly…you will feel at home:)

There is a man who serves the barbecue without a mask or gloves, so the manager must be careful with his staff who serve that prepared food area so that they are not so unhygienic.

I sent someone to raise money through Western Union, unfortunately it can only be received once a day, no matter the amount, no matter who. Could not receive $25. I spoke on the phone to find out because it is not possible if Western Union said that if we swim a large amount, no... A lady answers me and they were very rude. They don't know how to explain, I can't tell you why you can't do anything but you can't, they don't know the policies, nor did they know who the owners of Lowes were. What's more, the werka tells me I'm just telling you and the manager Gigi passed me by, she didn't even let me speak on the phone, I cut myself short in my three words, she told me that it can't be done without explanation. I do not recommend this rude and impolite place to anyone. Better go to HEB or Walmart and spend all your money. Terrible customer service!! And with good reason they hardly have any people!
