Dropped my truck off cuz of transmission problems and called after a week, when he told me he would get to it (cuz of other business he had which is totally understandable) and he said he was barely gonna start to diagnose it. Okay cool. Called after another week to see whats up cuz i never got a call back or nothing. I decided to give him his space and yet another two weeks pass by. At the time i had a car i was trying to sell so i didnt have much of a rush to get the truck fixed but i was near his shop so i decided to stop by since no one answers the phone there and my truck had been sitting in the same spot i had left it. Obv i was heated cuz of this and keep in mind its been a month now. So i asked the owner, the father of the city famous lezcano lawyer, what was the meaning of this. He just gave me a nervous sorry and said that was his next job on the to do list. Honestly i had nowhere better to take my truck so i left it in his care yet again… big mistake… another week goes by and nothing yet again. After 1 and a half months, ive had enough, the first chance i got i went to his shop and my truck was still untouched so i just took the L and said i was taking my business elsewhere. The cherry on top of all of this was that the truck had sat so long that the battery died and needed a jump start. Support local tho.

Called for a quote, and the lady said call back in twenty minutes. Called again and I was left on hold for about 5 minutes and then the lady hung up on me.

Very bad service, and the secretary is in charge of you, she has no humor at all and with a face that even she can't stand. They never answer the phone and when they answer they don't call you back.

Went to get a quote and all the mechanic could say was “no speakeh English”. Alright, that’s fine but at least refer me to someone who I can communicate with to get some service. The guy didn’t even try. He just stood there with a smirkon his face like he was finally getting some retribution in his life. Attitudes like this reflect the attitude of the management or owner. I get it, my kind is not wanted around there. Sorry I don’t know Spanish. Let me retire to the back of the bus.
